Knoxville Montessori School provides preschool, kindergarten and elementary education up to the 5th grade. We currently have:

• Two Primary classes for preschool and kindergarten age students.

• One Elementary class for 1st through 5th grade student.

Each class offers a stimulating, carefully planned environment for learning. Students in each class are free to work individually or in small groups, directed by Montessori-certified teachers. The materials used are designed to provide a wide variety of experiences geared to the developmental needs of each child.

In the Primary classes at KMS, much of the learning happens as a natural part of play. In the Elementary class, the learning becomes more structured.  At all classes, one-on-one instruction allows the curriculum to be individualized for each student.

KMS also offers Music, Spanish, and Before Care and After Care programs.
